2025-2026 Senior Ambassador Program

What is the Senior Ambassador Program?
The Senior Ambassador Program consists of 3 chosen (via application process) high school students that want to work with Jacq Photography LLC for their senior photos. The program was created to help promote senior sessions while offering a few lucky students a special experience. Ambassadors receive a few sessions with waived fees - including their senior session - plus the Ambassador with the most referrals at the end of their term will get a special graduation gift!
Requirements to be eligible for a Senior Ambassador position:
- Must be in the graduating class of 2026 and in good academic standing.
- Cannot be booked with another photographer for senior photos at the time of applying OR book with another photographer for senior photos after being selected.
- Must be available to attend the Senior Ambassador session on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025.
- Must be outgoing and open minded to trying different poses.
Responsibilities of a Senior Ambassador:
- Must attend the Senior Ambassador session on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at Whaupaunaucau State Forest in Norwich.
- Must complete both the senior session and the cap + gown mini session.
- Make at least 1 post on social media per Ambassador session (these include the senior ambassador session, senior session, and cap + gown session) and must tag Jacq Photography LLC's business page. Posts must be made within 1 month of gallery delivery.
*Failure to comply with any of these responsibilities can result in removal of the program.
What do you get as a Senior Ambassador?
Ambassadors receive the following sessions at no cost.
- 1 senior session - a $400 value
- 1 hour session
- portraits + sports/hobbies photos included
- 1 location within 15 miles of Norwich or can discuss multiple locations for an additional fee of $100
- 40+ images delivered in a private, online gallery
- gallery delivery in 4 weeks
- personal print release
- 1 cap + gown mini session - a $225 value
- 20 minute session
- 1 location chosen by photographer (likely in Norwich or New Berlin)
- 15+ images delivered in a private, online gallery
- gallery delivery in 4 weeks
- personal print release
- 1 senior ambassador session - exclusive only to Ambassadors
- up to 2 hour session
- group photos of all ambassadors
- individual photos of all ambassadors
- all edited photos delivered in a private, online gallery
- gallery delivery in 2 months
- personal print release
- Possible "Inspiration Sessions"
- Sometimes I get an idea for a session or want try a new shooting or editing technique these would be short and randomly planned sessions. These sessions, specifically, are not guaranteed.

Things To Know Before Applying
Senior Ambassador Agreement
If offered the position to be an Ambassador, in order to be fully accepted into the program an agreement stating the terms and conditions of the ambassadorship must be signed by the potential Ambassador or parent depending on the potential Ambassador's age.
Ambassador Term Length
The Senior Ambassador position will begin upon acceptance of the position until the last session (cap + gown mini session) and its responsibilities are fulfilled. Roughly, the term will be from March 2025-June 2026. However, very minimal will be asked of the Ambassadors until their first session.
Social Media Background Checks
The application will ask for social media links and/or handles. This is used to do a quick background check on the candidates social media presence. It is also used so that I can follow and/or tag the chosen students in posts from the Ambassador sessions.
Session Availability
All ambassador sessions must be scheduled on a week day. Dates from August through September can start booking out as early as May. If chosen, I recommend booking your senior session as soon as the scheduling link is available.
Session Rescheduling
There is a rescheduling fee of $50 for any reason outside of weather and emergencies. Only the senior session has the option to be rescheduled. The senior ambassador session and the cap + gown mini sessions will have set dates and times and will happen rain or shine. I will try my best to make an indoor option available in the case of bad weather.
Session No Shows
No call, no shows to any session as an Ambassador is grounds for immediate release from the position.
